A Paris city girl at heart, now living in the UK, building a life that feels aligned, energising and truly mine. Today, I’m a personal stylist, Ikigai life coach and everyday athlete, on a mission to help women feel confident, strong and fully themselves, inside and out.
My journey hasn’t been linear, and honestly, I’m grateful for that. With a background in fashion styling and design in Paris, and a chapter of living my ‘Sex and the City’ dream in New York, I’ve always been drawn to beauty, expression and confidence. I then spent years in London working as a marketing professional, immersed in fast-paced environments, chasing success in all the ways I thought I should.
But at some point, something shifted.
I chose to step away from that world and reconnect with myself. I slowed down, moved to St Albans, prioritised my health, and started listening a little more closely to what I actually wanted. That’s when Elevated was born, not from a perfect plan, but from a very real desire to help women feel better in their bodies, in their minds, and in their lives.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of personal style, wellbeing and self-connection. Because I truly believe that how you dress, how you move, how you think and how you care for yourself are all deeply connected. When one shifts, everything shifts.
Outside of my work, I’m someone who finds joy in the simple and the meaningful. I love training, whether it’s CrossFit, yoga or anything that challenges me physically and mentally. I can spend hours reading fantasy books, learning new languages, or diving into fashion history.
Home is where my heart is, with my husband Nicolas, my biggest support, our two cats George and Leon, and now our dog Cooper, who has brought a whole new level of energy, chaos and joy into our lives.
Since I was seven, I’ve wanted to make people feel good about themselves. It started with drawing little fashion silhouettes for friends and family, and in many ways, that intention has never changed, it has simply evolved.
Now, through Elevated, I share the tools, the perspective and the practices that helped me become stronger, more grounded, and more myself. Not a “perfect” version, but a real one.
If you’re ready to reconnect with who you are, refine your style, support your wellbeing and create a life that actually feels good to live, I’d love to walk that path with you.
