A Reflection on 2025: Growth, Grounding and Becoming

As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve found myself craving space to pause and reflect. This year hasn’t been about rushing forward or chasing milestones for the sake of it it’s been about becoming more rooted, more intentional and more honest with myself.
2025 will always be the year I launched Elevated. A vision that lived quietly in my heart for a long time finally found its way into the world. What started as an idea rooted in women’s wellness, confidence and self-
connection became something tangible and in the process, it changed me just as much as it supported others.
Launching Elevated
Launching a business is never just a professional decision it’s deeply personal. Elevated was born from my own journey of learning how to care for myself more consciously, how to feel at home in my body, and how to support other women in doing the same.
There were moments of excitement, moments of doubt, and moments where everything felt beautifully aligned. Building something from the ground up asked me to trust myself in ways I hadn’t before. It required patience, resilience and the willingness to show up even when things felt uncertain.

The Clients Who Shaped the Year
One of the greatest gifts of this year has been the women I’ve had the privilege to work with. Each client brought her own story, her own challenges and her own strength. Watching women reconnect with themselves physically, mentally and emotionally has been both humbling and inspiring.
Their trust reminded me why Elevated exists in the first place: to create space for growth, self-respect and transformation. The shared conversations, breakthroughs and quiet moments of realisation will stay with me far beyond this year.

Lessons 2025 Taught Me
This year wasn’t just about business growth it was about personal evolution. Some of the most meaningful lessons came through lived experience rather than planning or intention.
My body is my vessel: My body is the one carrying me through this life supporting my energy, creativity and capacity to show up. Caring for it is not about perfection or control; it’s about fairness. When I nourish, rest and move my body with intention, it continues to support me through both the ordinary and extraordinary moments of life.
Showing up for myself is essential: learnt that no one else can do this work for me. Support and community matter, but the responsibility to prioritise my wellbeing, my boundaries and my growth starts with me. Showing up especially on the quiet, unmotivated days has been where real change happens.
Believing in myself changes everything: Becoming my own cheerleader has been a powerful shift. I stopped waiting for external validation and learnt to speak encouragement instead of doubt. Confidence, I’ve discovered, is built softly and consistently, through trust in my own ability to figure things out as I go.
Every hardship is a stepping stone: Not every moment this year was easy, but every challenge carried a lesson. Some seasons stretched me, some humbled me, and others clarified what truly matters. Looking back, I can see how each hardship shaped me for what came next.
Action Over Awareness: Real change comes from taking consistent, small steps, micro-goals, rather than just knowing what to do. It’s about taking action every single day and show up for yourself because you deserve it.
Looking Ahead
As I move into a new year, I’m carrying these lessons with me not as rigid rules, but as gentle anchors. Elevated will continue to grow, evolve and deepen, and so will I. And all of these valuable lessons will keep coming to enrich my wellbeing coaching offer, because like all good things, we keep growing and improving.
If 2025 has taught me anything, it’s that growth doesn’t need to be loud to be meaningful. Sometimes it’s found in stillness, consistency and the quiet decision to choose yourself, again and again.
Thank you to every woman who has been part of this journey so far.
This is only the beginning.
See you in January lovelies xxxx
Lots of love,
Clementine
