That’s why I created Elevated Reset, a podcast designed to guide women through small, intentional resets for body, mind, and soul.

This is more than a podcast. It’s a gentle space — a place to slow down, reflect, and cultivate calm, clarity, and confidence in everyday life.


About Me: Clementine, Your Guide


Let me introduce myself. I’m Clementine, a French woman living in the UK with a deep passion for wellbeing, fashion, and travel. I studied fashion in Paris, worked in New York and London, and over the years, faced both mental and physical challenges that completely changed my approach to life.


Through periods of depression, anxiety, burnout, and physical strain, I realised that lasting wellbeing required a holistic approach: nourishing food, mindful movement, mental clarity, and self-respect. I changed my lifestyle, researched extensively, wrote my book My Little Healthy Guide, trained as an Ikigai Life Coach, and founded Elevated by Clementine — a holistic brand empowering women to feel confident, healthy, and radiant inside and out.


Now, I’m bringing this knowledge to a wider audience through Elevated Reset, where you can explore these practices in bite-sized, actionable steps.



What is Elevated Reset?


Elevated Reset is a podcast designed to be simple, practical, and soothing. Each episode is short — perfect for a cup of tea, a morning walk, or a quiet moment before bed. You don’t need special equipment or prior experience — only a willingness to pause and reconnect with yourself.

In our first episode, we explore the Japanese concept of Ichi-go Ichi-e, which translates to “one time, one meeting”. It’s a beautiful reminder that every moment is unique and can never be repeated.
