One Year of Elevated: The Story Behind the Brand
One year ago, Elevated by Clementine was just an idea. Today, it is a growing community, a business I am incredibly proud of, and a space where style, wellbeing and confidence come together.
As Elevated turns one, I wanted to take a moment to look back at where it all started, why I created the business, and what I have learnt along the way.

From luxury marketing to something more personal
Before Elevated, my career was firmly rooted in the luxury industry.
I studied Fashion Design in Paris before continuing my studies in New York, and later completed an MBA in Luxury Marketing in Paris. I then moved to the UK, where I have now lived for several years, and built a career in luxury marketing, working with brands including PUIG, Nina Ricci, Paco Rabanne, Hackett and L’Occitane.
I loved the creativity, the people and the world of fashion and luxury. But somewhere along the way, I started to feel that something was missing.
I had always been fascinated by the way we present ourselves and how our environment, habits and choices can influence the way we feel. I was interested in style, of course, but also in wellbeing, confidence, personal development and the psychology behind the choices we make.
I realised that I didn't simply want to work on brands. I wanted to work with people.
That feeling eventually led me to coaching. I completed my ICI coaching certification and began exploring how I could bring together all the things I genuinely cared about: style, wellbeing, personal development and helping people feel more confident in themselves.
And that became the foundation of Elevated.
So, what is Elevated?
I created Elevated around a simple belief:
When you feel good in yourself, it changes the way you show up in the world.
Your wardrobe can influence your confidence. Your habits can influence your energy. Your environment can influence your mindset. And sometimes, making a change in one area can create a positive ripple effect across the rest of your life.
That is why Elevated brings together personal styling and wellbeing coaching.
It isn't about becoming someone else or following a set of rules about how you should look or live.
It is about understanding yourself better and making more intentional choices that work for you.
Through Elevated, I work with women through services including Personal Styling, Personal Shopping, Wardrobe Resets, Virtual Style Edits and Bridal Styling, as well as Wellbeing Coaching and Ikigai Life Coaching.
Sometimes that means standing in front of a wardrobe that feels completely overwhelming and finally making sense of it.
Sometimes it means finding the right pieces that make getting dressed feel effortless again.
Sometimes it means looking at your routines, habits, energy or priorities and asking yourself what you actually need at this stage of your life.
And sometimes, it is simply about having the space to stop, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
Why confidence sits at the heart of Elevated
I don't believe confidence is something that some people are simply born with.
I think confidence can be practised.
It can come from understanding what makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. From wearing something that genuinely feels like you. From taking better care of yourself. From setting boundaries. From trying something new. From finally making a decision you've been putting off.
This is something I have experienced personally too.
My own relationship with wellbeing, movement, food, style and confidence has evolved enormously over the years. I have learnt that feeling well isn't about perfection. It is about finding sustainable ways of looking after yourself and creating a life that feels aligned with who you are.
That philosophy is at the heart of everything I do with my clients.
And then there is Clementine...
Behind Elevated is, quite simply, me.
I'm French, I have lived in the UK for the past eight years, and I am now based in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
I'm a fashion lover, coach, teacher, reader, traveller and, increasingly, someone who believes that a good coffee can solve a surprising number of problems.
I love travelling and discovering new places, especially when I can combine it with my interest in wellbeing, culture and food. I love reading, particularly getting completely lost in a good fantasy book. I love fashion history and understanding how the way we dress has evolved alongside society.
I'm also a big believer in movement. I practise yoga and CrossFit, and I love challenging myself physically. Teaching and learning are also a big part of my life, which is why I am lucky enough to teach courses around wellbeing, Ikigai and the psychology of style alongside running Elevated.
And then there is Cooper, my dog, who makes sure I get outside every day whether I planned to or not.
A few other things you might not know about me?
I'm definitely not a morning person.
I can happily spend far too long choosing what to read next.
I will almost always say yes to good food.
And coffee is very much part of my daily routine.
Because ultimately, Elevated is not about perfection. It is about real life. The busy days, the slow mornings, the wardrobe dilemmas, the good habits, the habits we are still working on, the moments of confidence and the moments when we need a little help finding it again.

One year later...
Looking back at the first year of Elevated, I feel incredibly grateful.
Grateful for every woman who has trusted me with her wardrobe, her wellbeing, her confidence or simply her time.
Grateful for the conversations over coffee, the collaborations, the events, the introductions, the recommendations, the messages and the support.
Grateful for every client who has allowed me to be part of a small piece of her journey.
And grateful that an idea I once had has become something real.
There have been exciting moments and challenging ones. There have been things that worked, things that didn't, and plenty of lessons along the way.
But perhaps the biggest thing I have learnt is that building a business is also about building relationships.
And that is what I hope Elevated continues to be: a space where women feel supported, inspired and empowered to make choices that feel more like them.
Here's to year two
So, this month, I'm celebrating one year of Elevated.
One year of style.
One year of wellbeing.
One year of confidence, conversations, connections and learning.
And, most importantly, one year of women.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far. Whether you have worked with me, attended an event, recommended Elevated to a friend, followed along online, shared a post, sent me a message or simply cheered me on from the sidelines, thank you.
I am incredibly excited to see where the next year takes us.
Here's to year two.
