Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is promoted by Elevated by Clementine (“the Promoter”).Promoter correspondence address: 1 Bluehouse Hill AL3 6AD St Albans

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and the participating giveaway businesses are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion period

The giveaway opens when the promotional post is published on Instagram and closes at 8:00pm BST on 6 October 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

4. How to enter

To enter, participants must:

Follow @elevatedbyclementine on Instagram;

Comment on the giveaway post, tagging a friend who they believe would enjoy an Elevated Reset and stating which part of the Elevated Reset they would most like to experience: Confidence, Style, Movement, Mind or Career.

5. Additional entries

Participants may enter more than once.

Each additional eligible entry must be made as a separate comment and must tag a different friend.

There is no requirement to follow the participating giveaway businesses. However, participants are encouraged to discover and support these wonderful local businesses.

Duplicate comments, comments that do not meet the entry requirements, or entries considered spam or otherwise inappropriate may be excluded.

6. The prize

There will be one winner, who will receive the complete Elevated Reset, consisting of:

Confidence: A 2-hour Style & Shopping session with Clementine from Elevated by Clementine, based in St Albans. For winners living outside the local area, this will be provided as a 2-hour online shopping session instead.

Style: One £50 gift card for The Dressing Room, St Albans.

Movement: One 60-minute 1:1 personal training session with Bars & Bells, based in St Albans.

Mind: One 60-minute initial hypnotherapy session with Discover Therapy, available either online or in person in St Albans.

Career: One Power Hour career coaching session with Mum & More, delivered online.

The prize is awarded as one package to one winner and cannot be divided between multiple people.

7. Prize conditions

The Style & Shopping session, personal training session and in-person hypnotherapy session are subject to location and availability as described above.

The £50 Dressing Room gift card may be used in accordance with The Dressing Room’s applicable gift card terms and conditions.

Any appointment must be arranged directly with the relevant provider and is subject to their availability. All prize experiences must be redeemed by 6 April 2027.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or substituted for an alternative prize, except where the Promoter or relevant prize provider is unable to provide the advertised prize, in which case a suitable alternative of equivalent value may be offered.

8. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

The draw will be conducted fairly and the Promoter will retain evidence of the selection process.

9. Contacting the winner

The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message using the account details provided through their entry by Elevated by Clementine's official account

The winner will have 48 hours to respond

If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Winner announcemen

tThe winner may be announced on the Promoter’s Instagram account after they have been successfully contacted and confirmed as eligible.

The winner’s Instagram username may be used for the purpose of announcing the result.

11. Personal information

Personal information provided by entrants will only be used for the administration of the giveaway, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

12. General

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Entry into the giveaway is free.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading, abusive, offensive or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control. Any such change will be communicated clearly to participants.

13. Instagram disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility in relation to the promotion.
