This helps us prepare a session that’s fully focused on your needs. - 1-Hour Wellness Coaching Consultation In your session, your coach will provide: - Expert insights tailored to your goals - Actionable tools and techniques you can start using right away - Short-term and long-term goal setting - A realistic, step-by-step action plan for a healthier, more balanced you Ideal if you want to: - Kickstart a wellness journey - Gain clarity on health and lifestyle changes - Break unhealthy habits with professional support - Create lasting, sustainable routines This session is perfect as a one-time reset or the starting point for deeper coaching work. This package includes: 1 x Virtual Wellness Consultation 1 x Virtual Wellness Goals Mapping 2 x Virtual Wellness Coaching Follow-Up Location: This is a zoom call.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy: Clients may reschedule or cancel their session up to 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to avoid any charges. If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up within 48 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged the full amount for the session.
