What an exciting day! "My Little Healthy Guide" is finally available to order on Amazon and via my publisher's website.
Over the years, I’ve learned that our health—both physical and mental—is the foundation for living our best lives. My journey began in Normandy, France, where I grew up surrounded by nature, active pursuits, and a love for food and connection. For 15 years, Girl Scouts taught me the value of friendship, community, and living simply—a lesson that stayed with me into adulthood.
My life in fashion—from Paris to New York and London—was exciting, glamorous, and full of energy. But in 2017, I hit a low point. Anxiety, depression, and the pressures of career life took a toll, and I realised that I needed to take control of my health, both body and mind. Therapy, mindfulness practices, meditation, gratitude, and learning to breathe again helped me through that dark period.
Over time, I also discovered that what we eat has a direct effect on how we feel. After overhauling my diet in 2019 and embracing a healthier lifestyle with my husband, I experienced a transformation—not just physically, but in energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. Exercise became another pillar, from walking and running to CrossFit, helping me reconnect with my body, challenge myself, and find community.
"My Little Healthy Guide" was born out of my desire to share everything I’ve learned in a simple, practical, and actionable way. I had to discover all of this on my own, often through trial and error, and I wanted to create a resource that makes it easier for you to take charge of your health. This guide is not about quick fixes or overwhelming routines—it’s about understanding your body, mind, and lifestyle, and taking small, sustainable steps toward becoming your healthiest self.
By sharing my story, insights, and practical tips, I hope to inspire you to prioritise yourself, feel empowered, and take daily steps to live better. Your body and mind are incredible, resilient, and full of untapped potential. It’s time to nurture them, embrace change, and enjoy the journey.
What to expect in the book?
I've decided to dedicate each part of the book to an essential pillar of health and longevity: Nutrition, Movement, Mental Health & Community. In each chapter, you'll find some stories, knowledge, personal experiences and of course, tips & tricks to implement healthier habits in your life.
Eat Well, Feel Well
Your body deserves good fuel. Focus on whole, minimally processed foods, plenty of vegetables, and foods that support gut health like yogurt, kefir, and fermented veggies. Reduce sugar and ultra-processed snacks, and remember to eat mindfully—slow down and savor your meals. Simple changes like cooking at home or swapping sugary drinks for water or kombucha can transform your energy and mood.
Move Your Body
Movement isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling good. Mix low-intensity activities like walking, yoga, or Pilates with strength and cardio exercises. The key is consistency. Even small daily habits—taking the stairs, stretching, or walking outside—add up and boost energy, mood, and overall health.
Prioritise Your Mental Health
Your mind matters as much as your body. Embrace mindfulness, journaling, meditation, or just quiet moments in nature. Practice gratitude, affirmations, and self-care regularly. Treat your emotions with kindness, and remember: it’s okay to take a step back and breathe.
Connect and Belong
Humans thrive in community. Surround yourself with supportive, like-minded people—friends, family, or groups that share your interests. Nurture relationships, engage in meaningful connections, and don’t underestimate the power of social support for happiness and resilience.
Little Habits, Big Impact
You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. Focus on small, consistent habits that bring you joy and balance. Eat well, move daily, care for your mind, and nurture your relationships. Celebrate progress, not perfection, and remember—you deserve to feel your best every single day.
